Welcome to Maxxed Detailing Services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

All detailing and pressure cleaning services are carried out by Maxxed Detailing Services with the utmost care and professionalism. We are a mobile service operating across Southside Brisbane, Logan, and Redland Bay.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via our contact form.A deposit may be required to secure your booking.Final payment is due on completion of the service (cash, card, or bank transfer accepted).Prices are subject to change depending on vehicle size, condition, or distance traveled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or property, the full service fee may be charged.

 

4. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains may require additional time and cost.We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects (including scratches, rust, or peeling paint).

 

5. Weather Conditions

As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.

 

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property, Maxxed Detailing Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage. Customers are advised to remove valuables from the vehicle before service begins.

 

7. Warranty

We guarantee high-quality workmanship, but results can vary depending on vehicle condition and maintenance. Ceramic coatings and sealants are covered by their manufacturer’s guidelines.

 

8. Health & Safety

We require a safe, flat workspace with access to power and water (if applicable). Please ensure driveways or work areas are clear before we arrive.

 

9. Privacy

Your personal information is kept secure and used only for booking and communication purposes. We never share your details with third parties.
