Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Maxxed Detailing Services, we take pride in providing a high-quality detailing and pressure-cleaning experience for every customer. Our policies ensure fairness and clarity for both you and our team.

1. Cancellations

 

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or property, the full service fee may be charged.

2. Refunds

 

Refunds are not available once a detailing or cleaning service has been completed, as the work and materials cannot be reversed.If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, provide a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

 

3. Deposits

 

Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking.Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.If Maxxed Detailing Services cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded or rescheduled to a new date.

 

4. Weather & Safety

 

As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or unsafe conditions.We will always contact you to arrange a suitable alternative date.
